DURABILITY AND WARRANTY: Our wallpapers can last up to 12 years in indoor environments. Our warranty against manufacturing defects is 3 months from the date of delivery, provided the material has not been cut or installation has not started.
INSTALLATION AND CLEANING: For the installation of Senhor Papel wallpaper, we recommend hiring a professional installer. After all, a professional has experience and is less likely to make mistakes during installation. Prepare the walls before installation: they must be clean, dry, level, smooth, and have a light-colored background. Wallpaper should be cleaned with a damp cloth and water, using gentle movements to avoid stressing or stretching the material. DO NOT USE ABRASIVE PRODUCTS.

What materials are the wallpapers made from?
Wallpapers are produced using imported raw materials, highly durable washable vinyl paper, with odorless and non-toxic printing.
Self-adhesive wallpapers are vinyl, 0.10 mm thick, and printed with non-toxic and odorless ink.
How can I choose the wallpaper or adhesive model?

We offer both traditional wallpaper and self-adhesive wallpaper options.
Which is the best option: WALLPAPER OR SELF-ADHESIVE?
Traditional wallpapers are vinyl and washable. The strips are installed side by side, so the seams are barely visible. They are also easier to remove when necessary. In approximately 95% of cases, they do not damage the wall during removal. The textured surface adds warmth and sophistication to the room. It is considered a more premium material.
Self-adhesive wallpapers have an adhesive backing. The strips overlap slightly, which can make the seams more noticeable. Removal is more difficult and, in approximately 99% of cases, may damage the wall when removed. The surface is completely smooth.

How does Design Customization work?
It is very simple: choose the design you like and contact our team via WhatsApp saying, “I want help from a designer,” and tell us your preferred colors, style, and any information needed to customize the design.
After payment confirmation, our team of consultants will contact you to begin creating your design.
The customized design will be sent within 48 hours for approval.
We never begin production or printing before you approve the layout.

I already have finished artwork. What should I do?
To send your finished file for printing, contact our team via WhatsApp and send the message “I want to send my finished artwork,” then attach your print-ready PDF/X-1a file.
Important: only properly prepared, print-ready PDF files will be considered finished artwork.
What is the Production Time?
Production takes 4 to 5 business days.
Please note that production time is separate from delivery time and begins only after the artwork has been approved, even if you have submitted a finished file or selected a design from our catalog.
What is the Delivery Time?
We ship through Correios and partner carriers.
The delivery time shown during the shipping calculation refers only to transportation time and does not include the artwork preparation or production time.
Can I pick up my order at the store?
We do not offer pickup at a physical store.
We only work with shipping.
How can I save by paying with PIX?
Orders paid via PIX are approved automatically and receive a 5% discount.
Simply select the “PIX or Boleto” payment option during the final step of checkout.
A boleto PDF will be generated containing the PIX QR Code, the PIX copy-and-paste code, and the boleto barcode.
PIX payments are approved immediately, while boleto payments may take up to 48 business hours to be approved.
Are products shipped with an invoice?
Yes. All products and orders are shipped with an invoice.
